An opportunity to work with a growing medical devices company in Melbourne.

They are seeking for a talented and experienced Front-End Engineer with a strong background in ReactJS, C#, and .NET. In this role, you will be responsible for developing user-friendly interfaces and ensuring that their medical devices are easy to use and navigate for both patients and healthcare professionals. You will work closely with other engineers, designers, and stakeholders to build intuitive and efficient user interfaces that meet end user needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain high-quality front-end code for medical devices, ensuring that the user interface is responsive, intuitive, and accessible.
  • Collaborate with designers and back-end engineers to create prototypes and user interfaces that meet end user needs.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements, and translate those into functional and technical specifications for the development team.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure that the code is clean, efficient, and meets the highest standards of quality.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in front-end development, and share that knowledge with the team.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in front-end development, with focus on designing user interfaces for devices and instrumentation.
  • Strong proficiency in ReactJS.
  • Experience with C# and .NET framework.
  • Knowledge of UX design principles and ability to collaborate with designers to create user-centered designs.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Git, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and with stakeholders from different departments.
